Enter the Under Armour men’s Performance Stripe polo, a comfortable, lightweight polo that keeps golfers and other wearers refreshed even on extremely hot days.

The Performance Stripe polo is an ideal golfing shirt.

The polo is made using Under Armour’s HeatGear fabric, a superior moisture-management system that moves moisture away from your body to the outer layer of the garment. This allows the moisture to evaporate quickly, so the shirt doesn’t wear heavily as the mercury rises. The shirt’s Armour Stretch technology, meanwhile, improves mobility and accelerates dry time when you’re on the move, with lightweight fabrics built into a four-way stretch in several locations. And to keep the shirt smelling fresh over the long term, Under Armour added anti-odor technology, which prevents the growth of odor-causing microbes.

Other features include a UPF 30+ rating that protects your skin from harmful UV rays; a ribbed collar and custom Under Armour three-button placket; and a contrasting UA logo embroidered on the left chest. Made of a 95 percent polyester/5 percent Elastane blend, the Performance Stripe polo is recommended for golf and sideline use.

I personally wear a variety of very similar solid-color UA shirts, which are very comfortable, provide great wicking performance in the heat and humidity of Florida, and have proven durability. One star deducted because I still feel they're a little over-priced. Be sure to dry on low heat setting and don't use fabric softner (which can inhibit the wicking action).]

I personally wear a variety of very similar solid-color UA shirts, which are very comfortable, provide great wicking performance in the heat and humidity of Florida, and have proven durability. One star deducted because I still feel they’re a little over-priced. Be sure to dry on low heat setting and don’t use fabric softner (which can inhibit the wicking action).

Threads pull easily – helena handbasket – Birmingham, Alabama
My husband was thrilled to receive this shirt – the color is great, the fit is perfect. But, he brushed against something and a fuzzy thread snagged and made a pull in the shirt, which looks awful. We tried to pull it back out, because we knew if we cut it, it would just make a hole.

Yes it was his fault, but I think the fabric does pull too easily.
